| Jester |
| Jester is the main character. His origins are unknown. He showed up at the precinct one morning and has been fighting crime ever since. The police chief assigned him to Jake and Marlee's team. He seems to possess some type of special power but it is unclear exactly what it is. So far he has exhibited the ability to alter reality and superhuman strength. He constantly likes to joke around but does so in a serious manner which can become very annoying, especially to Jake. He wears a purple motley and is never seen without it on. Apparently he has worn the same or similar clothing since his birth. |
| Marlee |
| Marlee is a female police officer who becomes quick friends with Jester. Unlike her partner Jake, she does not find him to be annoying but rather helpful. She is a capable officer but in times of trouble Jester has shown up to save her which she is thankful for. She also takes a liking to Pablo rather quickly, again unlike her partner Jake. She has medium brown hair which she often keeps tied back in a ponytail or bun and her eyes are ruby colored. |
| Jake |
| Jake is a police officer that originally was partnered with Marlee. He doesn't like it when their partnership expands into a team with the addition of Jester. Jester also annoys him extremely and he often has to remove himself from Jester's presence. He has always been a capable officer but ever since Jester appeared, he hasn't performed too well often getting trapped or tricked. He is around Jester's height, in good shape and has blonde hair and blue eyes. |
| Pablo |
| Pablo is Jester's sidekick/pet raccoon but Jester considers him to be more of a friend/brother. He has been with Jester since they were babies so Pablo is at least as old as Jester. Pablo doesn't appear to have any special powers but he does have a "rabies attack" in which he bites his opponents, often in the face. Whether he really has rabies or not is undetermined. He appears as a normal raccoon with markings around his eyes that are similar to Jester's mask. He seems to be particularly fond of Marlee but has a hatred for Jester's plushie which is shaped like a raccoon and bears a resemblance to Pablo himself. |
| Todd Grisly |
| Todd is the most prominent villain to appear so far. He went on a rampage in the city and faced off against Jester and Marlee. He has the head of a bear and wears gloves that have sharp claws attatched. He also wears a loin-cloth type of garment and furry boots. It is seen that as a child he was a normal looking blonde boy and his father resembled Jake which is why he confused Jake for him. He loves his Dad though it appears he had been abused by him. He is defeated by Jester during his flashback sequence which Jester interrupts with a suplex. He loves nature and animals.

| Chief Flash |
| The police chief who found Jester and introduced him to the station. He assigned him to Marlee and Jake's team. He likes to be called "Flash" which is his last name. |
| Coldwall |
| Although Coldwall has made an appearance in the comic, not much is known about him yet. He apparently dislikes Jester and has something planned for him. He most recently has asked Jake to help him. He too wears a motley but in a green color. |
